A big impact in summer borders for very little effort&33; From late summer, this low maintenance perennial grass produces spidery panicles of bronze tipped flower&45;spikes that slowly fade to silver as they mature. The tall flower stems rise magnificently above clumps of arching, green foliage. The stately flower spikes are most numerous following a long hot summer, & make a superb addition to cut flower arrangements. Miscanthus sinensis Silberspinne is lower growing than many of the species, but equally impressive.
