Clematis ' Guernsey Cream' features large creamy flowers, each measuring up to 12cm across, with contrasting yellow stamens & a pale green stripe. It flowers from May to July & then again later in the summer, creating an extended colourful display. Once the blooms have faded, there are stunning golden/green starry seed heads that stay on the plant for many weeks afterwards. This hardy perennial climber is ideally suited to climbing up a trellis, where it is backed by dark green foliage for a magnificent contrasting effect. Clematis ' Guernsey Cream' is best situated in a partially shaded location as the flowers can fade in bright sunlight.
