It is the best product to use after Wella Blondor Extra Cool Blonde Powder to condition the hair whilst acting as a sealing agent to lock in Extra Cool Blonde's special dyes & pigments. Wella Blondor Seal & Care supports & conditions the hair after bleaching. Vital elements seal the hairs cuticle layer creating a smooth & even surface for intense & luminous light reflection. It hydrates, nourishes & protects the hair leaving hair soft, manageable & healthy looking, that’s jam-packed with vitality, health & superb shine. Can be used after all Wella Blondor Treatments. Rinse out Blondor Bleaching Treatments, then shampoo. Apply Wella Blondor Seal & Care & leave on for at least five minutes to thoroughly condition & neutralise the hair. Rinse out as usual.
