There is great strength in it's box and tubular steel design. The back rest is flat/incline adjustable through four positions to help you maximise and bring variety to your workout, exercising many different muscle groups. The arm pads and leg curl/extension system are extra padded for comfort. There is a butterfly press system complimenting the bench press facility.
