Another great feature is the adjustable rear end leveling caps on the stabilisers to ensure the trainer is completely steady during workouts. Computer: The dual -colour LCD console has a large easy to read back-lit display which monitors: Time Speed Distance Calories Torque Level Pulse Watt Programs: This elliptical has a total of 16 programs which include: 4 User Setting Modes 1 Manual Setting 1 Body Fat Measurement Program (Fat%, Body Type, BMI, BMR) 4 heart Rate Programs (60%, 75%, 85% & THR) 6 Pre-set Programs
