Infusion - This First invoice from 2012 Orthodox Chamong produces a clear & bright Rosie coloured liquor and yields a perfectly smooth & balanced cup whose character is made exceptional by very gentle juicy peachy fruit notes, without a heavy muscatel perfume. The long lingering fresh grassy sensation is completely attributable to first flushes. Accompanying thoughts of a light nutty spiciness make this a great tea for pairing.
