This all British product is made just up the road from our Hereford shop in Worcestershire from air dried & cured rare breed beef & is flavoured with all natural herbs & spices to provide you with a protein rich & incredibly healthy snack food. It is perfect for long days out in the hills & will keep for months without refrigeration. Big Horn  Biltong Cracked Black Pepper is almost 50% Protein, only 2.81g of Saturated Fat. 2.14g of Sodium & only 264 calories per 100g.  This biltong is Gluten Free, Monosodium Glutamate Free (NO MSGs) & free from those nasty E numbers & artificial preservatives. Produced in Worcestershire & made from rare breed, grass fed British cattle the only thing that they add to this beef is all natural herbs & spices.
