Our Master Sushi event begins with a brief history of Sushi & some insight into the types of ingredients & techniques employed.  Depending on numbers, the group will be split into small teams. The professional sushi chef will take everyone step by step through how to make a variety of different types of sushi. All participants will have their own workstations, creating stylish displays of sushi over the course of the event  nibbling along the way is of course compulsory, you don't know how amazing what you're making actually is until you taste it!   Ensuring that the event is fun & competitive, there will be a Masterchef style team presentation at the end of the session.
