Our four hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding Corporate Experience takes place on the Thames in London. Each session is taught by a professional instructor who has fully completed the Academy of Surfing Instructors course to ASI level 1 & 2, so you will be in very safe hands.  We cover board & paddle design & advice on which type of boards & paddles would best suit your individual requirements. You will now get the opportunity to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding in a safe environment where you will also be able to try various boards & paddles to get an understanding of how they could affect your paddling. During the session you will be partnered with an experienced Stand Up Paddle Boarder on a ratio of about five participants to each instructor, this guarantees you will have a high level of guidance & plenty of fun.  Towards the end of your Stand Up Paddle Boarding session you will have enough understanding, ability and information to take your paddle boarding further at your own pace & leisure. If you have always wanted to have a go at st&-up comedy this is your chance to learn from the experts. This residential weekend is hosted by comedian Bobby Bragg & comedy actor John Arthur, who boast 30 years of experience in the world of radio, television, theatre & of course stand up comedy. Your experience will consist of sessions focusing on stagecraft, comedy techniques, material construction, voice control & relaxation. Throughout the weekend you will create, develop & rehearse your own comedy routine, culminating in a two-minute stand up spot performed & recorded in front of your fellow trainee comics. Your hosts will prove that you are funnier than you think! The weekends are held at beautiful venues & include one night's accommodation, lunch & a three course dinner on the first day, & breakfast & lunch on the second.
