Split into teams of a maximum of five per team. Two people from each team take a look at a hidden hat, study it & report back to the group, explaining what they observed to the rest of the team.  From these observations & descriptions, the teams will replicate the hidden Top Hat using gorgeous fabrics & trimmings. The original Top Hat is now revealed to the groups to see how well they have done from listening to the original instructions.
