This is an ideal driving day for either an extended introduction to rallying or to advance your previous driving skills. Upon arrival at the venue, you will meet your MSA Licensed Rally Driving Instructor & receive & explanation of the car, rally driving techniques you will be practicing & how the rally stage is marked out. This full day rally experience will allow you the opportunity to feel the agility & responsiveness of the original sideways rally car, the ' Classic' MK2 Ford Escort. With more handbrake turns, power slides & opposite lock than any other car, you are sure to leave as a more advanced rally driver. You will learn techniques such as handbrake turns & how to control power slides as you scrabble for grip around over 120 corners & hairpin bends of the Rally Special Stage. Your Instructor will really encourage you to explore your own limits as you develop your rally driving skills & increase your speed. Your afternoon sessions will involve you refining your rally techniques learnt in the morning through a further 90 corners & hairpin bends, ready for your final session which will be assessed by your instructor.
