Jousting training is at the forefront of this Medieval experience day, where groups will get a taste of what it's like to dress up in medieval costume & light armour, take up a training lance & battle it out in competitive mini jousting tournaments.  Groups will be shown some of the great skills & tricks of the mounted knights, given weapons training & then mounted on their real horse. They will participate in jousting workshops using their very own lance! There will also be the opportunity to train in sword fighting, archery or falconry.  The Medieval Knights Experience Day is suitable for any ability & no riding experience is necessary. The jousting arena brings a new dimension, where team skills are challenged & competitiveness is encouraged. ...

Submerge yourself back into the days of old when knights where bold with a Medieval Knights Stag or Hen package.  As you enter this medieval environment, you will be dressed in armour & bold costumes as you learn the tricks & skills of how the knights competed in the tournament field with horses & lances, how they fought in barbaric foot fights with real medieval broad swords & how they won the adoration of their particular lady in waiting or Knight in armour!  This competitive event will see the group split into teams to battle it out in a mini tournament called the Gauntlet Challenge. You will be marked & have to pick up points on the skills you have learnt
