Experience the taste of exquisite chocolate from around the world, including a sample of the rare Criollo Bean & infuse, pipe, dip & decorate some fresh vanilla cream truffles. Sit back & watch as the Master Chocolatiers prepare some of the finest gooey American style chocolate fudge before you are given the chance to shape, cut & decorate the fudge with a range of luxurious toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals & caramelised hazlenuts to create some fine handmade treats.  The luxury Workshop is the ideal experience to allow you to try your hand at being a connoisseur as you pair dessert wines with fruit infused truffles & experiment with chilli, orange, fig & rose to create the most original combinations of chocolate. At the end of your workshop there will be time to package up your chocolates in ribbon tied bags to take home & show off to all your family & friends.
