Enjoy all the excitement of off-road motorcycle trail riding around the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. We take small groups or individuals for basic tuition & trail riding around the hills & plains of Wiltshire, travelling up to 100 miles. We have various trail riding routes depending on the weather & motorcycle rider ability. We use the modern electric start 400cc Suzuki Trailor or the Enduro bike, both are great for novice riders or experienced trail riders alike. We also have some 200cc Trail bikes & low seat options for the smaller or more timid rider. The Trail Riding Off Road Motorcycle Tour is designed to provide an interesting & challenging day, whatever your ability. The day starts around 09.30am with riding until midday when we stop for a lunch (included in the price) & then more trail riding until we wind up around 4.30pm. Check out this unique experience of learning how to fire & drive a fifteen inch gauge steam locomotive! Starting with the preparation of the locomotive, all aspects of loco management will be explained, so no previous knowledge of steam is necessary. From here, you will progress to lighting the loco & raising steam, then tuition will be given on how to drive on our training stretch, learning how to feel the regulator. Once your training is completed, the whole line will be made available & running light, you'll be free to run with supervision with the " Light Engine", learning the route.  After this, a goods train will be coupled on & the process repeated to feel the effects of a train on the loco, then you'll progress on to the coaching stock. This is limited to groups with a minimum of six people & is an ideal experience for those looking for something different to do for a group of friends, family members or colleagues. This three in one experience gives your group the opportunity to have a go at: Shooting: Shoot at static targets with an air rifle, not only the typical roundel target, but also ones the drop down & flip round & round, all under the watchful eye of our instructors who will keep everyone safe & guide you to your best possible score. You will need a steady hand & a gentle trigger finger to hit that bull’s-eye. Archery: All very different, with large targets, about 15 metres away, & they can be moved closer for the younger ones, its all about “getting your eye in” looking down that arrow as you pull back on the string & carefully releasing that arrow as it makes a bee line for the centre of the target & hitting gold. Sounds easy, but to achieve this time & time again is a great deal more challenging. Once again your instructor is there with you offering you guidance & making sure everyone is safe. Clay Pigeon Shooting: This differs once again as all the targets are moving through the air & on the ground, 110 millimetre discs will be thrown in a variety of directions challenging you to break them with a shotgun. Your instructor will guide you through the safety aspects & how you can best hit that target. There is little that compares the smell of the spent cartridges as you open the gun & the elation of breaking that first clay. Each of the disciplines will begin with a health & safety briefing & your instructor will be on hand throughout your experience to maximise the enjoyment of the day. Once you have completed all three disciplines you will return to the Club House, to enjoy your well earned two course Traditional Lunch & to recount on those targets that got away & those successes. What better way to see the magnificent & magical site of Stonehenge than on the back of a fantastic trike motorcycle? On a spiritual level, Stonehenge attracts people from all over the World, from an engineering point of view, it will astound you when you realise that it was built over 3500 years ago & some of the stones weigh more than 40 tons & came from Wales. Departing from Bath, the trike will take you over the toll bridge & onto the box before passing Melksham & travelling along the beautiful roads to Seend & Worton. Next your driver will take you over the A360 that will take you over the Salisbury Plain. This is a fabulous road with fantastic views & will take you through some pretty villages on the way. As the trike takes you to the top of the rise of the road, the awe-inspiring site of Stonehenge will be revealed in the distance for the first time. Your driver guide will stop here for you to take a look around & capture some stunning photograph's. Heading back, the trike bike tour will travel a short distance on the Exeter Road before cutting away to Warminster along the lovely Wyley Valley.
