Helicopter lessons make an ideal present for a friend or family member or even as a special treat for yourself!  Your helicopter flight will include a pre-flight briefing on all of the controls of an R22 (two seated helicopter) & a chance for you to experience the exhilaration of actually taking control of the helicopter whilst airborne.  Located in Manston in Kent, the helicopter base is situated in unrestricted air space allowing you to choose where your flight takes you.  You could choose to fly over the picturesque white cliffs of Dover or why not fly over the historic Canterbury Cathedral? The choice is yours.  Spectators, be it friends or family, can enjoy a close up view of you taking off & landing & can even relax during your flight in the lounge area or sun deck while enjoying complimentary Tea, Coffee & biscuits, whilst observing all the activities of the airfield. If you decide after your Helicopter lessons that you would like to continue your flight training, your instructor will be happy to discuss this with you. After all, your helicopter experience will count towards the issue of your pilot's licence.
