The course lasts two & a half hours & is a fun & creative way to celebrate with your friends. You will learn how to taste & recognise good quality chocolate as well as making fresh vanilla truffles, dark chocolate fudge, caramelised hazelnuts & gianduja. A master chocolatier will guide you through the history of cocoa & the process of bean to bar before teaching you how to cut, dip & decorate your chocolates, & you will all leave with a ribbon-tied box full of your own handmade chocolates. This group booking entitles you to your own master chocolatier & assistant.
