Emulate five of the most most exciting F1 Grands Prix of the year at Buckmore! For the Spanish, Canadian*, British, Indian & Brazilian* races we have arranged a rather special race day. Watch the Grand Prix with fellow petrol-heads in the Surtees Suite on our big screen whilst enjoying a buffet meal. After* the race pop on your race gear & prepare to replicate the race (minus any crashes we hope!). Qualifying will be F1 style with Q1, Q2 & Q3 deciding the final order. The race will then mimic the number of laps of the F1 GP.  The races will be over the number of laps stated, or by the maximum time, whichever comes first. * As the Canadian & Brazilian Grands Prix are later in the day, you will enjoy the karting event first & then relax afterwards by watching the action with a meal. For these two races we can of course open the club bar so that you can also enjoy a drink while you watch! This round is a 71 lap or 75 minute race. What is more, the top point scoring driver across all five Buckmore GP Specials will be crowned GP Drivers Champion & will be awarded a very special trophy. Note: Whilst scores will be awarded & totalled to decide who will be crowned GP Champion, all races are stand alone events & one-off entries will be more than welcome. ...

Once you're all mashed-in, it will be time to head into The Woodyard for a cup of tea or coffee (Or maybe some early beer sampling?) & more discussion on beer.  Next, it will be time to transfer the wort from the mashtun to the copper to begin the boil. Whilst waiting for the boil, it's back to the bar for a sampling session & lunch, with a short break for adding hops to the brew.  After lunch, the boil will have finished, so it will be time to transfer the wort to the fermenter. After a spot of cleaning, it's back to the bar once more to spend a wonderful evening sampling some of the wonderful beers & ales. A fun & educational day which will prove of great interest to any beer drinker.
