Stunt Driving Course In York
    Give stunt driving a go
    and learn some awesome
    driving skills using a
    car fitted with a special
    hydraulic handbrake on a
    large wet concrete
    area. The stunt
    driving course will
    encourage you to throw
    the car around under
    expert instruction. You
    will be amazed at what
    you are capable of. From
    basic handbrake turns,
    parallel handbrake
    parking to 180 degree
    spin parking, the course
    culminates in a timed
    auto test to test all of
    your skills that you have
    learnt. You will
    also receive a full
    demonstration of J-turn,
    as seen in all good
    action movies! This
    involves being strapped
    into the passenger seat
    of a stunt car and being
    driven flat out in
    reverse by your
    instructor who will then
    spin the car around to
    face forward whilst still
    moving engaging second
    gear and driving
    away! A truly
    unique experience!

    Okay so this is a bit
    different from an Aston
    Martin but this 480bhp
    DAF tractor unit is
    really great fun to
    drive! The sheer torque
    from this huge engine is
    incredible and sat high
    above anyone else it's an
    exhilarating experience,
    especially once the
    tractor unit is coupled
    up to the Racecar
    Transporter! The Truck
    Driving Experience kicks
    off with a short briefing
    by your friendly HGV
    instructor. Then follows
    ten to fifteen minutes
    negotiating the special
    purpose made course.
    Whether it's weaving
    through cones or learning
    how to reverse this 55ft
    long monster - after
    mastering its 16 gears*,
    its absolutely great
    fun! Finally the driver
    will be presented with a
    Certificate of Truck
    driving to remind them of
    just what a super day
    they have spent with us!
    *an automatic gearbox
    may be used at times.
