    train driving experience
    will take you on a joyous
    journey through the
    beautiful Sherwood Forest

    Nottinghamshire. There
    will be a friendly and
    enthusiastic instructor
    on board with you who
    will show you everything
    you need to know before
    you take the helm to
    drive on this 5/ 8th
    scale, 15" gauge railway
    which runs through
    cuttings, tunnels,
    traditional farmland and
    level crossings. The
    lesson on a narrow gauge
    steam engine starts with
    the loco steamed up and
    ready for you to drive.
    The experience includes a
    health and safety talk
    and then a hands on one
    to one instruction along
    an easy section of track.
    Next you will drive the
    length of the Sherwood
    Forest Railway under the
    supervision of an
    experienced
    instructor.Under your

    supervision, you will
    enjoy the feel of driving
