    Discover Horseracing with
    this full day programme
    which includes a morning
    visit to a Trainer's
    Stables, including a
    trip to the Gallops to
    see some racehorses
    exercising, plus
    entrance to the Members
    Areas for the afternoon's
    racing at York
    racecourse. If you
    want to take a glimpse
    into the 'Sport of Kings'
    then this will prove a
    great day out! You
    should arrive promptly on
    the day of your
    experience - after
    08:30am but not later
    than 08:45am,
    please. There will be
    tea or coffee on offer to
    welcome you before you
    head-off on the tour of
    the Stables and visit the
    Gallops. After
    approximately 2 hours,
    you will depart for York
    Racecourse (own transport
    required) ready to spend
    an afternoon at the
    races. Upon arrival at
    the racecourse - one of
    the very best in UK,
    with top class 'racing' -
    you can look forward to
    spending the rest of the
    afternoon enjoying the
    races and hoping for some
    exciting finishes, with
    you being amongst the
    winners! Before the
    start of 'racing', for
    those who wish to
    participate, there will
    be a guided tour of the
    main areas of the
    racecourse. Also, for
    those who need
    assistance, there will
    be a racing professional
    on hand to offer helpful
    tips on how to read a
    racecard and how to place
    bets.
