You will enjoy 3 days full of exercise, education and activities and can extend this to 6 days if you wish! Following your stay you will be given a detailed departure pack including nutritional advice, fitness advice and 100's of recipes.We will ensure you go away with the ability to continue to improve your fitness and once you've visited with us, we are here for you whenever you need us for support, we don't just say goodbye at the door!
