    glass making in a working
    glass studio located in
    Buckinghamshire. There
    are just two students on
    each course, making this
    an intensely practical
    and fascinating day. Our
    glass studio boasts state
    of the art glass making
    equipment and the
    expertise of a master
    glass maker. This full
    day course will offer all
    you need for an
    exhilarating and unusual
    experience. You will be
    guided through the basics
    of working with hot glass
    and will become familiar
    with the tools and
    equipment. You will move
    quickly onto gathering
    glass from the furnace,
    shaping it and applying
    colour. These new glass
    making skills will enable
    you to make a piece such
    as a paper weight, under
    the tutors
    guidance. Later on in
    the day, you will also
    get the chance to try
    glass blowing. No
    experience is needed,
    just curiosity and
    enthusiasm!
