An i Fit SD reader is integrated into the bright LED display giving you goal & ability specific workouts designed for you by certified personal trainers. You will also be provided with tips & advice during i Fit SD workouts from trainers including celebreties like Jillian Michaels, or you can choose to attach your mp 3 player & workout to your favourite music on the Intermix Acoustics sound system. With 1-Touch 10% incline & speeds of up to 18 km/h, you can enjoy the machine with manual control or with one of the 16 pre-programmed workouts. Flex Response cushioning protects your joints from impact & the textured walk belt provides the traction you need to feel safe & secure whilst running.
