The giant, oversized mug is perfect for an enormous dose of tea (1.5 pints) & once filled with the ice cubes the ice pack will relieve a sore head.  The mug is perfectly decorated with helpful suggestions of ways to alleviate the hangover symptoms, including 'orange juice', 'fry-up' & 'fresh air'.
