What happens on the day

When you arrive the facilities & services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day. The format of the day might vary at each location but typically you can spend about 3-4 hours there. Make sure you are there on time – in most cases you will forfeit your day or incur extra charges if you do not attend as booked or if you cancel at short notice.
