What happens on the day

When you arrive, you will be welcomed by an instructor. Learn about the history of the ancient art of Falconry & learn the different characteristics of the different species of birds, before being introduced to the birds themselves. The falconer will demonstrate the art of flying the birds, before you put on the glove & fly them yourself. Please note the experience usually takes place in a small group. The Important Stuff

• Minimum age: 10-16 Depending on location. Please check with the supplier before making your booking (under 18’s need parental/guardian consent).
• There are no minimum or maximum height & weight restrictions.
• You should be in reasonable health & have a reasonable level of fitness as some walking may be involved.
• The experience content, equipment used & restrictions may vary according to venue.
