• Minimum age: 16
• Boarding is at 19.15hrs for a prompt 20.00hrs departure. The Boat returns back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs. The time above MUST be adhered to & the booking MUST be made in advance, if you just turn up then you will be unable to take your experience. If you arrive late & miss the boat, you will lose your experience & will not be able to rebook with the same voucher at a later date
• Apart from the welcome drink, drinks are not included but can be purchased separately
• Smoking is permitted on outside decks only
• Dress code is smart to formal. Please note:  blue jeans, denim of any other colour or style, trainers & leisurewear are not permitted on board. Ladies & gentlemen are encouraged to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart formal occasion.  Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a shirt & tie with a jacket or suit. Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate dress. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances
• Dinner cruises will run daily from 1st April to 23rd December 2011 & from Tuesday to Saturday from 29th December to 31st March 2012. The dinner cruise is not available on 24th December

  - 4th January 2012 & 14th February 2012
• We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline & we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book & take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
• The experience content, equipment used & restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking 

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase & we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher & booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info & book your experience.
