The scroll saw takes care of the rough job, while the flexible shaft with drill chuck does the fine work. For fine scroll saw work you need smooth edges without burrs in the cut shapes. For this job, a multifunctional machines like the scheppach deco-flex is indispensable, as it saves an additional sanding unit. On the top of the SD1600F there are two seats for the sawblade adapter that determine the correct length for sawblades without pin. The electronic speed control ensures a continuously variable working speed matched with the corresponding material. The solid parallel arm & the large, polished table top of aluminium, together with the work piece holder, guarantee optimum safety. A flexible work light to be switched on separately, ensures good sight. The suction connection piece guarantees clean work.
