Cornus alba ' Sibirica' is grown for its fiery red stems, which bring colour to winter gardens. For most of the year ' Sibirica' provides a leafy green backdrop for more colourful, summer-flowering plants. Its small white flowers form a pretty display in summer, & are loved by pollinating insects. But as the summer borders fade, this vibrant Dogwood takes centre stage as its foliage turns to shades of pink & orange. It then falls, revealing a dense framework of upright stems, glowing crimson. Plant in groups for maximum impact, creating a magnificent sight in borders & along boundary lines. A superb, RHS AGM variety. Height & spread: Up to 3m (10'), if left unpruned.
