Clematis ' Honora' is well worth growing for its profusion of large, velvety-violet flowers, each bearing a distinct burgundy bar through the centre of each sepal. A seldom-seen & large-flowered variety, ' Honora' blooms from June to July, with a second flush of flowers in late summer. A striking climber, it happily covers walls, fences & pergolas, creating an eye-catching garden feature. Easy-to-maintain, it can be cut back almost to ground level each year.
