The grapes for this wine were principally sourced from the Hunter Valley & McLaren Vale vineyard fruit was added for body & weight. After harvesting & pressing, the juice was cool fermented then the wine received some French oak maturation. A medium bodied wine with aromas of stone fruit & subtle vanillin oak. The palate is generously flavoured with white peach citrus characters & a clean, crisp finish. Serve slightly chilled. An ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of cuisines such as seafood, vegetarian, chicken & creamy sauce pasta dishes.
