A small amount of residual sugar balances the fine acidity to provide a refreshing wine. Winemaking: Various parcels were individually fermented from a number of selected terroirs that reflect a range of classic flavours from this region. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to capture the maximum flavours. Judicious blending after fermentation hasresulted in a wine of complexity and interest with flavours more leaning towards the tropical end of the spectrum with just a hint of herbaceous notes in the background. Early
bottling has captured the delightful aromas of this wine.
