An excellent partner for full flavoured starters, fresh goats cheese (especially Sicilian!) or rich seafood. In Sicilian cuisine it is paired with oranges, fennel & anchovy salad, stuffed sardines, spaghetti with seafood, lobster or pasta with Trepan pesto.
