This small Domaine is situated in Thauvenay where they have 15 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc & 5.5 hectares of Pinot Noir, of which 1.5 hectares is made into Rose. The vineyards are managed under the sustained agriculture method (Lutte raisonnee) by Franck with his sister Christine Viticulture: Lutte raisonnee Soil: Chalk & silex Vinification: Traditional methods with long maceration on the skins, tank fermented & both tank & barrel aged & blended for complexity & freshness. No fining Tasting Note: Intense bouquet with scents of fresh blackcurrant & raspberry & a slight touch of smoke.
