Christophe is a multi-talented winemaker. After establishing the family domaine as the leader in the region, he started a small negoce, buying the best grapes sourced locally from some of the finest, very old vineyards. He prefers to use traditional winemaking techniques to produce his classically elegant wines. This luxurious oak fermented white is delicious to drink on its own, but is probably best suited to be enjoyed with your finest sourced white meat or fish dishes, seafood, snails, risotto, or gougeres filled with cream cheese & smoked salmon, perhaps.
