Colour: nice golden colour. Nose: the nose is very fine with mineral notes & citrus aromas. Palate: the palate is racy & nervous with a great minerality. Salty notes & long finish. Very nice texture. Serve with trout fillet with a light lemon sauce & asparagus, goat cheese, shell fish.
