Paganini Grappa is an authentic Italian Grappa, made from distilling the marc of wine-making (the left over skins, pulp, seeds & stems). Grappa is primarily served as a 'digestivo' or after-dinner drink. It may also be added to espresso coffee to create a Caffe Correcto (corrected coffee). Or, after finishing a cup of espresso with sugar, a few drops of grappa are poured into the nearly empty cup, swirled & drunk down in one sip.
