Colour: Deep orange with copper glints. Taste: Intense nose of fresh white peach. Sweet white peach taste, velvety taste of a just crushed peach. Application: Cocktails, smoothies, mocktails, iced teas, sodas, culinary. Just like mixing lemon juice with milk will cause curdling, mixing some naturally acidic Monin Syrups with milk (especially hot milk) may not be recommended. If a flavour is very tart in nature (e.g. lemon, lime, orange, pomegranate) the corresponding syrup will usually not be recommended with dairy products.
