A large part of the area of production of Nebbiolo from Barolo & Barbaresco is also the most suited to produce an excellent Dolcetto d Alba. Already in 1600 this variety was widely planted in the Langhe & Monferrato & gave birth to a wine that the literature of the time indicated as being consumed daily by a refined clientele. Nowadays it is counted as being an elegant, fruity & very fresh red wine which it is advisable to drink within its first three years in order to appreciate its best peculiarities.

Taste: ample, balanced, elegant, very fresh This wine is already balanced after 6 months from the harvest, it is best drunk within 3 years in order that its notes of fresh fruit remain integral. Serve 15°-16°C Serve with pasta, white meat, cold cuts.
