Vermouth di Torino Superiore Del Professore is crafted from Ettore Germano's 2013 Barolo Cerretta. A secret spice blend meets the noble, full-bodied red wine, enriching its fine bouquet & the elegant smooth tannins. With the double ageing in oak barrels, firstly as the Barolo wine & then again as the vermouth for Approx. 3 to 6 months. This is a unique product, truly artisanal, with depth, elegance, power & persistence. Main ingredients: wormwood, rhubarb, vanilla, cinchona & cloves.
