Made from 100% Shiraz from Domaine Jean-Luc Colombo & named after a small cove on the Blue Coast. Freshness & intensity dominate with notes of violets & iris blended with fresh raspberry, blackcurrant & blackberry fruits. Some notes of coffee, spices & liquorice also. All combine to produce a well-structured, round & balanced wine with a long, lingering finish. The harvest is de-stemmed followed by maceration for 3 weeks. Then, the ageing lasts one year in relatively new oak barrels.
