This is a very fresh & fruity sparkling wine which is made in England but is made in exactly the same way as Champagne. It has clean crisp flavours & aromas of ripe, green apples & lemons with a hint of nuttiness. Whole bunch pressed to Champagne Cuvee yields, some hyper-oxidised taille included. Fermented in stainless steel & left on lees while 100% malolactic fermentation is completed. Matured on lees in the bottle for minimum of 9 months, 8 grams per litre dosage added.
