The best quinquina barks from South America are blended with other plants & spices of the world. It is then macerated in small oak barrels with generous wines enriched with fruity & elegant Muscat mistelles. The mistelles give a natural sweetness without any sugar added & provide Byrrh Grand Quinquina it's perfect balance between freshness, fruitiness & spices. A story that began with the passion of two brothers, Pallade & Simon Violoet, in the small town of Thuir, south of France. In 1873, the created Byrrh & started to distribute it in every tavern from Monmartre to Provence. Byrrh quickly became a huge success.
