Manzanilla Solear should be drunk as young & fresh as possible & consumed within a week. It should be served well chilled. It is the perfect accompaniment to a range of starters such as cured ham, artichokes, asparagus, cold & hot soups, fish & shellfish. Try it also with sushi & wasabi peas!
