The vineyards & cellars were passed from father to son & they have been producing Champagne since 1933. On the nose lemon & lime with a delicate scent of apple blossom. The palate has a lovely concentration of fruit with a freshness that lifts the fruit flavours. Try this with fish in a white sauce.
