- An elegantly sherried Tormore from indie bottlers Gordon & Mac Phail. This edition of 255 bottles was drawn from a single refill Sherry cask laid down in 1991. Expect a rich, Christmas-y dram with toffee & raisins on the nose & a palate full of chocolate orange & cinnamon. It’s bottled at cask strength & like all entries in the Connoisseur’s Choice range comes without added colour or chill-filtration.
