- A 2011 Tomintoul single malt from Hidden Spirits that was matured in a refill sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of dark red apples, creamy fudge, freshly-baked sponge cake with fondant icing, dates, milk chocolate & golden honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of rich cocoa, honey, candied citrus, vanilla pods, cinnamon, peach, caramel & spiced apples throughout the palate & lingering in the finish.
