- This single malt is part of Tomatin’s Italian Collection, it has been matured for 10 years in refill casks before a finishing period in ex-Amarone casks. This imparted notes of stewed fruit flavours of pear, rhubarb & strawberry notes on the palate with a long, cinnamon-spiced laden finish.
