- A 1988 Tomatin single malt from indie bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a single refill hogshead for more than three decades before being bottled in January 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of orange zest, desiccated coconut & honeysuckle fill the nose, complemented by notes of marzipan, passion fruit, apple, malt & toasted almonds throughout the palate.
