Designed by malt master Maureen Robinson, this 40-year-old Glen Ord underwent a secondary maturation of almost three decades in ex-rum casks before marrying in Ron Zacapa XO solera casks. The result is a rich and luscious whisky with notes of velvety dark chocolate, juicy plums, toffee covered tropical fruits a and just a hint of waxy smoke.
